COVID-19 poses a serious health risk to all of us. For your convenience as our valued ratepayer, we have introduced a digital payment system that removes human contact.

As of July 2020, you can pay your bills via the following methods:

• E-payment link
The link will appear on your monthly statement only if you receive it online. Click on the link to pay. (https://pay.tsogatec.co/) E-payment

• WhatsApp
Save this number, 067 963 1129 and send the word “Hello” then follow instructions. This option also allows you to check your balance.

• QR Code
Use your smartphone to scan the QR Code on your statement and follow instructions.
